What you’ll learn:

  • Expert instruction in all Reformer exercises, from foundational to advanced levels, with emphasis on proper alignment, control, breath, and flow. 

  • How to cue clients clearly and effectively (verbal, visual, and hands-on), offering precise, understandable guidance for every movement. 

  • Modifications and adaptations tailored to individual needs — safely modifying movements for beginners, clients with injuries or limitations, and special populations (e.g. prenatal, rehabilitation, posture issues).

  • Skills in class design and programming: creating balanced, progressive sessions that meet clients where they are while helping them grow stronger, more mobile, and more aligned. 

  • A strong foundation in Pilates Anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles — enabling you to teach with knowledge, confidence, and safety.

  • Development of coaching skills

  • Reformer Equipment safety

Requirement to receive Certification

  • 30 hours of onsite learning practical and theoretical​

  • 40 Student Teaching hours (studio will be available for training purpose onsite on appointment base)

  • 25 Observing hours (can be completed online and/or onsite at our location)

  • 30 Self-practice hours (studio will be available for self-practice purpose onsite on appointment base)

  • Passing score on quizzes and final exam/practical exam
