A small boutique studio where we stay true to Classical Pilates training.
We offer group and private sessions that are tailored for each client accommodating their physical abilities and helping achieve on their fitness goals. All of our classes have a easy flow and provide excellent results as we focus on a full body workout that helps improve mobility, flexibility and strength resulting in long, lean and healthy muscles. OUR GROUP CLASSES
Intermediate to advanced class. Full body workout. Tone & strengthen. This class is good for people that have taken 5 Pilates beginner sessions or more.
Great for all beginner students. A slow paced workout. Focus on breathing, perfect alignment and getting familiar with the reformer.
CARDIO - JumpBoard
Get your cardio using our jump board. In this class you will experience the cardio of Pilates. Must be experienced with Pilates before taking this class.
New client special 3 private sessions.
The intro privates are 45 minutes each.
The purpose of these privates are to help you get acquainted with the Pilates exercises as well as the equipment.
