Privacy Policy
Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ora Pilates’s facilities, classes, services, website, and mobile app (collectively, “Services”).
By booking, attending, or purchasing any Services, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
“Client,” “you,” or “your” means any person who purchases or uses Services.
“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Ora Pilates LLC, located at 25571 Marguerite Parkway, Suite 2M, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
Eligibility and Health Acknowledgment
You must be at least 18 years old or, if a minor, have a parent/guardian sign required waivers.
By participating you confirm you are physically able to take part in Pilates.
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medication that may affect participation and consult a physician if unsure.
Registration, Booking, and Enrollment
Bookings may be made online, via app, by phone, or email.
Clients must provide accurate contact and billing information and update it promptly.
Classes have limited capacity; enrollment is first-come, first-served and may close once full.
Memberships, Packages, and Payments
Pricing, membership types, class packages, and promotional offers are posted on our website and at the studio and may change with notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Recurring memberships are billed automatically until canceled.
You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for fees, including any applicable taxes, late fees, or collection costs.
Cancellations, no-shows, and Refunds
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received 8 hours or less before the scheduled class are subject to loss of class credit. Cancellations received 4 hours or less prior to scheduled class, and/or no-shows, are subject to loss of credit and a $10.00 fee.
Refunds: Single-class purchases and packages are generally non-refundable. Refunds for memberships or packages may be issued only as described in specific membership agreements or as required by law.
Trial Classes and Intro Offers
Trial offers and introductory packages are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated and expire as specified.
Class Conduct and Studio Rules
Arrive on time; late entry may be restricted for safety and instructor discretion.
Wear appropriate attire and use required footwear or grip socks. Bring any necessary equipment or purchase/rent at the studio if needed.
Respect instructors, staff, and other clients. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or unsafe conduct is prohibited and may result in termination of privileges.
Equipment Use and Safety
Use studio equipment only under instructor supervision and as intended.
Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately. The studio is not liable for injuries stemming from misuse.
Injuries, Liability Waiver, and Release
By participating you assume the risks associated with Pilates and associated activities.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ora Pilates LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from claims arising from injury, loss, or damage except for gross negligence or willful misconduct by the studio.
In the event of an emergency, you consent to reasonable emergency medical treatment and agree to be responsible for related costs.
Minors
Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign waivers and may be restricted from certain classes. Guardians are responsible for supervision and compliance with policies.
Photography, Video, and Social Media
The studio may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes. If you do not want your image used, notify staff in writing before participation.
Respect fellow clients’ privacy—do not photograph or record without consent.
Privacy
We collect personal information to provide Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store data.
By using our Services, you consent to those practices.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for violation of these Terms, failure to pay, unsafe behavior, or at our discretion.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
Changes to Services and Terms
We may modify class schedules, instructors, membership plans, prices, and these Terms.
We will post updates on our website and/or notify clients. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Refund and Credit Exceptions
In specific circumstances (e.g., extended illness, relocation), credits or prorated refunds may be available at our discretion and subject to documentation.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country].
Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of [County/State], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Severability
