Leela
With a background in engineering and a lifelong love of movement, Leela found her true passion in Pilates. After years of dedicated practice, she followed her heart and became Reformer Pilates certified through Ora Pilates in February of 2024.
Leela’s teaching blends precision, curiosity, and care. She believes Pilates is for everybody and works with clients of all levels in both group classes and private sessions. Whether you're just starting out or deepening your practice, she creates a supportive space where strength, balance, and confidence can grow

Helena
Helena completed her Pilates certification in January 2026 with Ora Pilates. She specializes in private and semi-privates, creating a warm, personalized experience. With 10 years of yoga practice and 7 years of Pilates experience, Helena brings a thoughtful, supportive approach that helps clients feel strong, and confident. Known for her patient teaching style she emphasizes proper form and intentional movement. Outside the studio, Helena is a happy wife and proud mom of two awesome boys
